We built Kennel Index because we went through this ourselves with our own dog. Every trip meant hours of research, calling facilities, cross-referencing reviews, and still not feeling confident about the choice. We thought: what if all of this was just in one place?

Every listing is built from real, publicly available information — Google ratings, review text, facility websites — and enriched through careful extraction to surface the details other directories miss. When something is inaccurate, facility owners can claim an existing listing. After email verification and approval, they can manage core listing details from their dashboard. Getting this right matters to us because it matters to you.
