“My niece agreed to pick Cheeto up on her lunch hour and take him to animal control. She called me after she dropped Cheeto off and told me about the 'so-called' PYSCHOTIC diagnosis. I would like to know what gave Animal House Spa the right and knowledge to make such a diagnosis. This diagnosis meant Cheeto would be euthanized rather than put up for adoption.”
