What Reviews Say

111 reviews analyzed

Animal Resorts is highly regarded for its cleanliness and the genuine affection staff show towards the dogs, with many owners considering it a 'home away from home.' While the facility excels in providing socialization and photo updates, there are notable friction points regarding phone responsiveness and administrative communication. A small number of serious complaints regarding medical care and post-boarding illness suggest that while most dogs thrive, owners of pets with complex medical needs should provide explicit instructions.

Worth noting

Health/Illness after stay

Within 8 hours of coming home the Frenchie was very sick with diarrhea and an inability to get up, and we had to take him to an emergency hospital.

Medical/Feeding Negligence

The kennel missed an AM feeding... they also lost a bottle of meds i gave them.

Communication/Phone Responsiveness(3 mentions)

They wouldn’t answer their phones and wouldn’t return my voice mails... they said their focus is the dogs not the phones.

Failure to follow specific instructions (Non-dog pets)

The past two times we boarded them here the instructions we left for feeding and litter were not followed.

Billing/Pricing issues(2 mentions)

We were overcharged, they have limited hours are generally inflexible.
