What Reviews Say

28 reviews analyzed

Cross Rd. Boarding is highly regarded for its owner's deep expertise in canine behavior and 'fear-free' methods, making it a top choice for anxious or reactive dogs. While the vast majority of clients praise the affordable rates, flexible scheduling, and visible dog happiness, one significant report of injury and illness suggests a need for improved supervision during group play. Overall, the facility is characterized by a small-scale, professional environment led by a knowledgeable specialist.

Worth noting

Physical injury and illness (bite marks, lesions, and kennel cough)

Dog came back to us after 2 days, lesion on her elbow, dog bite on her face. A week later she presented with symptoms of kennel cough.

Health and Supervision

They clearly need to pay closer attention, and maybe if they know kennel cough is going around, to sanitize areas better.
