“The basement is full of loose and exposed nails sticking out near the dog bowl wall. On it, the bowls are attached to the wall, all broken and can only be filled halfway each bowl before it pours on the floor.”

“The fences boarding side of yard has a long drop down to the turnpike. The fences are definitely not secure, I have felt how loose they are on the inside part where pet parents aren't allowed.”
