“I also noticed my dogs being placed into crates before anyone reviewed my reservation. Had I not questioned it, they would have remained crated throughout the stay because no one verified what boarding package I was paying for.”

Staff member (Andrea) unable to operate basic computer system at drop-off

“At drop-off, Andrea could not operate the computer system and had to call the groomer, Haven, to check me in.”

“I again requested report cards, but Andrea said she could not set them up. They were not activated until the following day. Even then, I received only one combined report card per day for three dogs, and the timing varied from morning to evening with no consistency.”
