What Reviews Say

52 reviews analyzed

Green Valley Pets presents a starkly polarized customer experience. While many long-term clients praise the facility for its affordability, friendly staff, and community support during local emergencies, a significant cluster of recent reviews reveals critical failures in safety and management. Serious concerns include dogs returning with puncture wounds, urine-soaked bedding, and a complete lack of communication during a temporary closure for failed inspections.

Worth noting

Unannounced closure/Failure to notify of cancellations

The place seems to be run by people who think nothing of telling people the day they're supposed to drop off their pets that the place is closed.

Severe dog attacks/Injuries

My dog was VICIOUSLY attacked by SEVERAL dogs... She came home and after a good bath I noticed 10-15 severe puncture wounds.

Sanitation/Hygiene (Urine-soaked bedding)

I asked about their dog beds and they brought them out and they were saturated in urine.

Poor Communication/Unresponsive Phones(4 mentions)

I called many times during the week to check up on him and they NEVER answered the phone.

Grooming quality (cutting too short/injuries)(3 mentions)

Marlene is the worse groomer ever... every time she cuts her hair too short.

Foxtails on property

The foxtails in his paws required 2 visits to the vet, one paw had to be lanced open.
