What Reviews Say

124 reviews analyzed

Happy Hills Animal Foundation is predominantly praised as a caring no-kill rescue with friendly staff and clean facilities, with many adopters expressing love for their experience and animals being well-cared for. However, significant concerns exist around communication (multiple reviews of uncalled messages), boarding service transparency (medication administration without owner knowledge, unexpected charges, soiled conditions), and some community members report being turned away when seeking help for strays. The positive reviews heavily outweigh negatives, but the negative experiences highlight operational inconsistencies that may affect repeat boarding customers.
