What Reviews Say

49 reviews analyzed

Lakeside Pet Lounge is highly regarded for its expansive, clean facilities and the personal attention provided by the owner, Lia, and her staff. Customers frequently praise the video updates and the facility's ability to accommodate nervous or non-social dogs. However, a few serious incidents regarding medical oversight (hot spots) and communication during a viral outbreak suggest a need for more rigorous health monitoring and consistent notification protocols.

Worth noting

Health outbreak (cold/flu) with alleged lack of notification to all affected clients.

The owner did not properly communicate a recent outbreak in their facility! Many dogs, including my own have become sick.

Severe medical neglect (acute dermatitis/hot spots) and potential crate sores.

Why let it get to the point where the wounds were open, bleeding, and filled with pus? ... my dog’s nose was raw, and the vet said it was likely from being kept in a crate for extended periods.

Grooming/Bath Quality(2 mentions)

When I picked my dog up he was still wet, had not been brushed at all, and stunk.

Food/Belongings Management

returned 3 bags of food... why were 3 bags of food, meaning 3 meals, returned when I only packed the exact amount for his stay?
