Dog became ill after evaluation

“I brought my dog Fitzgerald on monday for an evaluation. He was 100% healthy before going in. On Tuesday he started having diarrhea and vomiting and Wednesday we had to take him into the vet.”

Unreturned calls / failure to respond to inquiries

“Filled out online form, called multiple times with one call back that I missed and immediately tried calling them back but no one answered so I left a message - no response.”

Refund / credit disputes

“They refused to refund my credits even after I sent them a screenshot of their website that said I had two remaining.”

Required daycare policy disliked

“I dont like how they try to force every single dog into daycare.”
