What Reviews Say

71 reviews analyzed

Pet's Companion Inn is a long-standing facility with an exceptionally loyal customer base, some spanning over 30 years. Most clients report that their dogs are genuinely excited to enter the building, suggesting a high level of day-to-day care and affection from the staff. However, while the majority of feedback is glowing, a small number of recent reviews raise serious concerns regarding hygiene neglect and a defensive management style when handling complaints.

Worth noting

Allegation of pet death and lack of transparency

my friends dog died at this place. they did not notice until hours later... they refused to send footage

Severe hygiene neglect (feces on pet)

my dog came home... with dried, caked feces under her tail, around her anus, on her back feathers and right flank.

Extra fees for owner-provided food

Only complaint I have is the charge for feeding your own food to your dog or cat. At $5.00 a feeding.

Health issues (Kennel Cough/Diarrhea)

after boarding our dog now has a bad case of Kennel cough... 400.00 for vet plus cost of boarding.
