Worth noting

Dog contracted canine influenza and kennel cough during 26-day boarding/training stay

My dog has been sick for 2 months with canine influenza and kennel cough.

Dog returned with worsened behavioral issues (anxiety, aggression)

When I got my dog back he still had the same anxiety he had when I initially sent him.

Dog injured while in facility care (kennel nose, unexplained cuts)

We saw our poor puppy had wounds on his snout. (He banged and rubbed his nose raw)

Lack of communication about dog injuries/illnesses

I asked why nobody contacted us to let us know what happened? She didn't have an answer.

Dog food ran out during stay

They RAN OUT of her dog food and then call me that evening and tell me.

Training ineffective for severe anxiety cases(3 mentions)

If it has anxiety do NOT waste your money!

High cost but generally acknowledged as worth it(15 mentions)

Ridgeside is not cheap, but in a world where you get what you pay for, this place is worth every penny.

Communication gaps during boarding(2 mentions)

This was an inexcusable lack of communication!
