“Smokey was killed by Ruff & Fluff LLC Winter Haven due to their gross negligence on Sunday. We picked up his body Sunday night... Smokey had severe marks under his chin and belly that were either caused by another dog attacking him or them leaving him outside at 110 degrees for a very long duration of laying on hot concrete.”
