Unprofessional trainer interaction
“The interaction with the trainer was not very professional he truly seemed he hated having to meet us and even speak to us (the few words he did say) I took my dog for his evaluation for obiedence training and within the first 5 minutes of the guy coming out to "meet" my dog and only saying his name once he automatically turned him down and said he wouldn't accept him for obiedence training.”

“the night before she was scheduled to check in, the owner sent me a very brief and unapologetic text message saying that she made plans and would not be in town to do my dogs evaluation and check her in. Extremely unprofessional.”
