What Reviews Say
149 reviews analyzedStonington Kennels enjoys an exceptional reputation with a 4.93 average rating across 149 reviews. The overwhelming majority praise the caring staff (especially Tracy and Megan), clean facility, and happy dogs who don't want to leave. Two isolated negative reviews cite a plastic bowl ingestion incident, communication shortcomings, and a cat contracting URI. Despite these rare issues, the facility is celebrated for accommodating special-needs pets, providing excellent grooming, and offering peace of mind through photo/video updates. The lack of owner responses to reviews is notable in an otherwise highly engaged business.
