What Reviews Say

205 reviews analyzed

The Valley Pet Resort and Spa is highly regarded for its clean, modern facility and its 'suite-style' boarding that avoids traditional cages. Customers frequently praise the staff for their genuine affection for animals and the structured daycare environment that includes training and social enrichment. While there is one severe outlier regarding a pet's health and a localized dispute with a neighbor, the vast majority of clients report high levels of satisfaction, particularly with the photo updates and the grooming services provided by Glenn.

Worth noting

Allegation of infectious disease (Canine Hepatitis) resulting in death

He contracted infectious canine hepatitis from his stay at the facility and after several vet visits and treatment ultimately died from complications.

Neighbor complaints regarding verbal abuse of animals and noise

I live just behind this building and the animals are verbally abused and possibly physically abused on a daily basis here.

Webcam technical issues(4 mentions)

The camera was broken in our suite so I could not see my dogs except for in the reflection of the suite camera next door.

Strict vaccination policies (Bordetella)(3 mentions)

This place wants me to give my senior dog the Bordetella vaccine, something he has never had nor needed at any other business.

Billing/Pricing discrepancies(3 mentions)

I was told it would cost me a certain amount to board my dogs but when I checked out it was more money.
