“We dropped our healthy dog off only to pick him up 3 days later with a severe ear infection in both ears. We noticed even before we brought him to our vehicle yet nothing was ever mentioned.”

“When he came home he had diarrhea and was vomiting. I called multiple times to ask what happened while he was there but nobody answered. I had to physically go down there to get any information.
