Dog sustained paw injury from closing door; owner felt no apology or compensation offered

“one of them had their foot caught in a closing door that resulted in an injury. I had to have a friend come and get her and take her to an emergency vet and cut my trip short because I didn't have anyone to watch them. I never received an apology or an offer to pay for anything”

Dog expelled mid-stay due to reactive behavior without prior warning, causing owner to scramble for care

“we got a call 3 days into her stay that she was going to have to leave because of reactive behavior that wasn't improving... they hadn't called us prior to notify us of the concerning behavior, or ask what can soften her mood, or even saying 'if this doesn't improve, she is going to have to leave'”

Accusation of disgruntled employee making a false report; owner returned after investigation

“there was an incident reported and like many others I pulled out and brought my dog somewhere else where, honestly she was very unhappy... a disgruntled employee made the accusation and if it was true that then why was their license renewed”

Reactive/anxious dog not accepted due to unrealistic expectations, no certification claimed for evaluator

“Lexus the manager was nice but she is the one doing the evaluations and has no certification , nothing to show for . Unfortunately the customer service is not great either”

Lack of detailed behavioral feedback without prompting

“my only area that isn't up to my expectations, is that I don't get much feedback as to how her time was unless i asked. i'd like to know a bit more detail on how she ate, pottied, played, slept”

No training or agility classes offered

“I hope they will offer training such as agility, etc. in time!”
