What Reviews Say
77 reviews analyzedWeeping Willow Kennels presents a stark duality: the majority of reviews (approximately 80%) are highly positive, praising clean facilities, caring staff, and happy dogs, with many long-term customers. However, a small but significant minority of reviews describe serious safety incidents including a dog death, a broken leg, improper insulin administration, and a happy tail injury requiring amputation - all representing high-severity red flags. The owner responds professionally but defensively to negative reviews. While most customers have excellent experiences, the severity of the safety-related complaints warrants serious consideration before entrusting pets to this facility.
