What Reviews Say

78 reviews analyzed

The facility is highly regarded for its professional dog training and high-quality retail pet food, with many customers praising the owner, Steve, for his expertise. However, there is a stark contrast between the majority of 5-star reviews and several alarming 1-star reviews detailing physical injuries, poor hygiene, and safety lapses. The owner's responses to criticism are notably lengthy and often confrontational, frequently disputing the customer's version of events.

Worth noting

Physical injury and neglect during boarding

When she was brought out from the back, her tail was completely chewed down to the skin and she was actively bleeding from multiple locations.

Dog returned terrified and smelling of urine

She came back with all of her toys (and even her collar) smelling like dog urine, has a limp in her back right leg, and is visibly terrified.

Allegation of dog escaping facility

They had a German Shepherd there for a man in Iraq and it got out and was almost killed.
