Dog happiness and staff friendliness are exceptional, with many dogs eagerly running in and returning home exhausted. However, there are serious red flags: the facility appears to discriminate against certain breeds (pitbulls, GSDs) and quickly dismisses dogs for barking. The owner's defensive response to a complaint about barking further highlights this issue. While the majority of customers are thrilled and become repeat visitors, prospective clients with breeds commonly labeled as 'aggressive' should be cautious.
