Worth noting

Dog injuries/bites during daycare - multiple reports of dogs being attacked, bitten, or dragged by other dogs with staff not intervening

We watched the camera as our 10 month old frenchy got drug around by his by a bigger Boston as the 'dog sitter' did nothing. When we went in and told them the Boston was being aggressive they just said they would try to keep them apart on 15 min intervals. That night we found open cuts and bite marks on his neck behind his ears.

Urine smell permeating facility and affecting dogs

Don't forget to hold your breath as you pass by this place– the stench of urine permeates not just the facility, but the entire parking garage next to it. Your dog will also smell strongly of urine after each visit.

Lack of communication about incidents and behavioral issues

Every time I picked my dog up, they told me they had no problems with him and that he was doing fine. When I picked my dog up last week, I was told as of that same day, my dog cannot come back for 2-3 months due to behavioral issues. They claimed that my dog had been 'nipping at other dogs' but couldn't elaborate.

Management unresponsive to concerns

Management doesn't return calls or emails over concerns.

Facility odor/smell issues(8 mentions)

The smell that comes from this establishment is enough to make someone throw up.

Communication breakdowns(5 mentions)

They promised a manager would contact me and explain further, but 5 days later I still haven't heard anything.

Dog injuries during play(4 mentions)

Luna is more interested in people then other dogs. When I picked her up on Wednesday the 'very nice' attendant drew my attention to some wounds to her face and another under her ear that was scabbing over.

Billing/charging issues(2 mentions)

The dog only came to this location one day and I was charged after being told that I wouldn't be charged!!
