“THE DOGS AREN'T SUPERVISED THERE, THEY WERE OUTSIDE IN THE BLISTERING SUN AND HEAT. THERE WERE WATER BOWLS BUT THE WATER WAS HOT BECAUSE IT WAS IN THE SUN.”
