“I picked up my puggle yesterday to find her lying in a pee-soaked bed and unable to bark because of throat hoarseness. She was stretching her legs this morning and stopped because her back leg was paining her. Her treats that I took for them to give her had not even been opened and I was given no receipt for the cash money I paid.”

Late pickup fee disagreement

“We asked ahead of time if there would be any issues or charges if we were running late (up to 30 min) for pick up and was told if it's just 30 min or less, as long as I called, there would be no issues or fees... we arrived 8 minutes after and was charged a late pick up fee with no notice.”
