Dog death during boarding - blood everywhere, body returned in trash bag

“A family friend had her dogs boarded here and got a call that one of her dogs had died with blood everywhere while her other dog shared kennel with them and had to watch. Just awful.”

Pet returned filthy, blankets/toys soaked in urine, paid extras for exercise/swimming not provided

“When I returned both dogs were filthy and all there toys and blankets I left for them were returned in trash bags soaked in dog pee. I paid extra for my dogs to be exercised and to go swimming but found out from a friend that it did not happen.”

“I picked up my dogs from boarding only to discover one of the one with one of his eyes! I contacted the manager. She said she would talk to her staff about it and get back to me. Nothing.”
