Dog attacked/bite requiring surgery - owner paid partial cost then ghosted customer for 3 years

“We were bringing our dog here for daycare until one day she got bit by another dog. The owner said he would take care of the cost of the surgery. However he sent a check for part of the cost and then completely ghosted us.”
