“More time was spent talking and covering areas where help was not necessarily needed. We explained several times that loose leash training and pulling while on walks was our area of concern and only a short portion of the session was spent on that.”

Class structure issues - too much instructor talk, favoritism

“Classes were mostly spent listening to the instructor's life experiences. A lot of money and not much personal instruction. There is no follow up and any attempts to get a receipt for paying cash were ignored. Instructor plays favorites and the favorites get the class time.”
