“I wouldn't recommend Paw Pack if they were the last boarding facility on earth! I visited the facility in person and booked accommodations for my dogs 8 months in advance. Three days before our scheduled trip I found out THEY booked the WRONG dates for our vacation, and we were left without boarding services for our three dogs! Danielle was unsympathetic and unapologetic for THEIR mistake and did absolutely nothing to attempt to fix the situation THEY put us in.”

Grooming cancellations without proper notice

“Unreliable and poor communication - we had booked a grooming appointment for two dogs right before Christmas weeks in advance. We arrived early for our appointment despite terrible roads, and provided the receptionist our name and rabies certificates - was told to bring in the pups. Then another worker came in and said 'oh we texted you our groomer called in with a family issue we had to cancel...'. No text, nor email or call was received”

Rude staff for nail clipping

“Staff are extremely rude for nail clipping, say one thing but then mean the complete opposite in reality.”
