Profile/account deactivation without notification

“I tried to log in to board again for an upcoming trip and it said my profile was deactivated. I contacted Chris the owner and he finally replied after two days with a simple "I don't see any deactivated profiles". I replied with a screenshot of the login page and never got a reply.”

“Everything was set to go and then we received a cancellation with no reasoning. My vet tried calling to let them know our dogs were up on all their records and were promptly hung up on.”
