Medication administration error during overnight stay resulting in vet visit

“My dog has gone here several times and stayed overnight. This last time not at all satisfied with them, my dog has to take medication everyday. I gave instructions on how to give to her. When I returned from my trip, I had to take to vet my dog was sick. So I will never use them again for overnight stays.”

“Upon calling for an estimate I was told dematting (not grooming/bathing) starts at $15 and then upon pickup the total was about $100. It is what it is but you wouldn't expect for a mid size dog 6.5x the starting price”
