Dog attack on another dog requiring serious veterinary care

“my boyfriend was coming home with Maya and a lot of bags in the elevator and he wasn't holding on to the leash tight enough and as soon as the doors opened she leaped on a toy yorkie that was waiting on the other side. The altercation lasted a mere 5 seconds, but it was enough to do some serious damage and nearly kill the yorkie.”

Training program failed to address behavioral issues - owner had to surrender dog

“After sending my dog away for a board and train program, my dog still had all of the same issues we sent him away with. None of our concerns we described in the 'intake form' about our dog's behavior changed once we got him back into our home. My dog kept biting and displaying other bad behaviors and it seems no one at the company cared to continue to help us since there was no longer any money left in it for them. I had to give up my dog after this training program was unable help our family.”
