What Reviews Say
239 reviews analyzedGreen Valley K9 is overwhelmingly beloved by customers, with 85%+ of reviews giving 5 stars. The facility is praised for its clean, modern design, excellent amenities (especially the indoor pool), and staff who genuinely love dogs. Many customers note their dogs get excited to arrive and experience significant behavioral improvements. However, there are recurring concerns about manager-level customer service (particularly one manager named Krista), communication gaps about dog incidents, and suggestions of quality decline under new management. A small number of reviews mention dogs getting sick after stays. The owner is highly responsive (78% response rate) and maintains a professional tone. Most negative reviews are offset by the sheer volume of enthusiastic positive experiences.
