What Reviews Say
292 reviews analyzedPet Care Plus is a highly regarded dog boarding and daycare facility with an overwhelmingly positive reputation, particularly for grooming services and staff dedication. The facility earns strong marks for cleanliness, dog happiness, and staff friendliness, with many customers being loyal for 5+ years. However, significant concerns exist around recent price increases (25-50%) communicated poorly to long-term clients, several safety incidents involving dog injuries during daycare, and occasional communication failures. The owner responds professionally to nearly all reviews, though some responses appear defensive when addressing grooming complaints. Value for money scores lower due to pricing concerns, and safety scores reflect the serious incidents reported in a minority of reviews.
