What Reviews Say

214 reviews analyzed

PUPS Pet Club receives high praise for its professional training programs and specific long-term groomers like Pablo and Stephanie. However, the facility is currently overshadowed by severe safety concerns, including a high-profile lost dog incident and multiple reports of grooming-related injuries. While many dogs are visibly excited to attend daycare, potential clients should be aware of recurring complaints regarding communication lapses and a defensive management tone when addressing negative incidents.

Worth noting

Lost dog incident (Minnie)

They are in the midst of a PR nightmare because of a lost dog/unsecured door... Minnie (who still hasn't been found).

Physical injuries during grooming (cuts/bleeding)

the groomer made a pretty deep cut on my puppy's front left paw which resulted in a flap wound. She was bleeding and I had to take her to a vet immediately.

Dogs 'lost track of' inside facility

pulled up the cameras and noticed he was nowhere to be found... informing us that they had 'lost track of him'.

Grooming - Shaving double-coated breeds/Miscommunication(3 mentions)

she was completely shaved. I could see her skin! ... It's terrible to shave a double-coated breed like a Pomeranian.

Hidden fees/Pricing(6 mentions)

They nickel and dime you for everything—conditioner isn’t even included in a 'full' groom! They have the nerve to charge $15 extra.

Lack of responsiveness for bookings(4 mentions)

I tried booking a week long boarding stay and received ZERO response. I literally emailed them 4 times.
