When I pointed out their mistake, I was told I had to reschedule for the next day, with no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience.”

“I brought my dog to Throw Me A Bone for their luxury bath service, which was supposed to include paw trimming, sanitary trim, ear cleaning, nail buff and added an anal gland expression. None of these services were not completed, despite being told otherwise when I picked up my dog.”
